As a key player in our finance department, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, driving budgeting and forecasting efforts, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Assist with tax return review and compliance-related filings
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards
• Partner with the finance team to support reporting, audits, and planning

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
• Working knowledge of treasury functions and cash management (preferred)
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Familiarity with tax preparation and accounting compliance standards
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with a knack for organizing and interpreting data
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance functions
• Experience in real estate or investment management (a plus, but not required)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred)
